Dell offering Droid for just $119.99
Earlier this month the Motorola Droid was being offered with a two year Verizon contract for $199.99. Now the discounts have started happening and Dell is offering the phone for just $119.99.
The offer states that without an account the Droid would cost you $559.99, but if you sign up for the contract and get the instant discount through Dell then you save $440, or more realistically, $80 off the launch price with a Verizon contract.
The Verizon plan is the Nationwide Basic 900 giving you 900 Minutes talk time and 5 friends & family numbers for a cost of $59.99 a month.
Apparently the offer doesn’t just work for new customers. You can also sign-up as part of a contract extension, according to IntoMobile, opening the offer up to a lot more people.
If you want a Droid I don’t believe there is a cheaper way to get the handset on a contract right now.
Head on over to the Dell Mobility website and check out the details.
