Motorola MILESTONE Official – Google Maps Navigator No, Multi-Touch Yes
Motorola Europe have today confirmed that the first Android 2.0 handset to launch across Europe will be the Motorola MILESTONE (aka Motorola DROID).
Whilst the hardware and spec of the two handsets is identical, the Motorola MILESTONE will include multi-touch support – a feature sadly lacking on the Motorola DROID.
The bad news however is that the Motorola MILESTONE will not include the recently unveiled Google Maps Navigation app, but instead will be bundled with the MOTONAV software.
The Motorola MILESTONE will go on sale first in Italy (O2) and Germany (Vodafone) from November 9th.
Still no word on a UK release date or possible pricing.
