Video: Motorola Devour gets Demonstrated
Here is a hands-on demo of the Motorola Devour presented by the vice president of Android software and Motorola services, Rick Osterloh.
Osterloh starts off by pointing out the nice slide QWERTY keyboard of the Motorola Devour and then goes on to list the main specs such as half VGA display, WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth and such. The Motorola Devour’s Qualcomm 600 MHz chipset makes it very fast, and has a lot of speed improvements.

Motorola ‘Ruth’ specs outed

Motorola’s got another Android phone coming up. The so-called “Ruth” — model number MB511 — has been unearthed via Motorola’s own user agent profile database, revealing a decidedly HTC Tattoo-like QVGA display, GSM / WCDMA radio of some sort, and Qualcomm MSM7200a processor. What’s more, we’re seeing a mention of Android 1.5 in the browser specs section of the profile.

Motorola Motus specs
Android and me “discovered” some new pictures of the Motorola Mutos and its specs:
The Motus is essentially part of the Cliq family. The only thing new is the outer design. It features a reverse flip keyboard and a rear directional touchpad.
Motorola Motus specs:
- 528 MHz Qualcomm MSM7201A
- 512 MB ROM
- 256 MB RAM
- 3.1 inch display 320 x 480 (HVGA)
- 5 megapixel camera with LED flash
- WiFi / Bluetooth 2.0 / GPS
- OS Android 1.5 with Motoblur
- GSM 850/900/1800/1900 W-CDMA 850/900/1700/1900/2100

According to the leaked Motorola roadmap, this phone is due in Q1 2010 and will be in the same price point as the Cliq.
Motorola Android Rumors
Filed under: CLIQ, Motorola Droid, Motorola Motus, Sholes, T-Mobile
Android and me has some rumors that are relevant to the Motorola Droid and Motorola Cliq:
Motorola Cliq: the Cliq might be stuck with Android 1.x. Rumor has it that Motorola has not budgeted to bring up all the device drivers for Android 2.0.
Motorola Motus: this device will launch in Q1 and be powered by Android 1.5. The phone is essentially the same internals as the Cliq (Qualcomm 528 MHz CPU).
Motorola Sholes Tablet: The phone is essentially a Motorola Droid minus the keyboard and with an updated camera. This device is headed for T-Mobile in Q1 2010 and will feature Motoblur.
Based on these maybe T-Mobile users should skip the Cliq and wait for the Motorola Sholes Tablet?
